Do we need to commit to a full program to start?

No. Most employers begin with a single experience — an EPIC challenge or a few intern placements — and expand as they see results. Everything connects through one platform, so starting small never means starting over.

How much time does this take from our team?

We handle program design and the school and community coordination. Your investment is mostly defining what you need and showing up to engage with students at the moments that matter.

Is this only available in Michigan?

Emerge began in Michigan, but the model is built to deploy in any community. Local activations are instances of national programs — not separate offerings.
