Why it matters

You’re asked to choose a path you’ve never seen.

Picking a career from a list of job titles is hard when you’ve never experienced the work. Most students don’t get the chance to try things out before they have to commit.

Emerge changes that — giving you real exposure, real skills, and real connections so your next step is an informed one.

Questions students ask

Good to know.

How do I get access to Emerge?

Most students get Emerge experiences through their school or a community partner — ask your teacher or counselor whether they work with Emerge. You can also create a free EmergeNET account and start exploring on your own, any time.

Can I use Emerge on my own, without my school?

Yes. Even if your school isn’t an Emerge partner yet, you can join EmergeNET and explore careers, build skills, and connect with opportunities directly.

Do I need to know what I want to do?

Not at all. Emerge is built to help you figure that out — by letting you explore and try things before you commit.

Are the experiences online or in person?

Both. From immersive XR you can do in class to live, in-person internships, there’s a format that fits how and where you learn.
